Appointments

Appointments are highly recommended. We want you to have the best service and experience possible when you shop with us. Appointments allow our staff to plan and also make space available for you and your party to try things on. Feel free to call to set up an appointment time. Saturdays usually book up more quickly than weekdays.

First Visit

When just beginning your wedding gown search, we recommend just bringing 1-3 or so people with you. Large groups tend to be overwhelming and our space is limited, so it helps you and us make the most of your visit when the numbers are smaller. If you find your perfect gown- order it! No need looking elsewhere. If it is perfect you can try on 100 more gowns, just to return to that perfect one. Dress shopping should be fun.

Pictures

We do not allow you to take pictures until you purchase your gown. This is at each of our designers requests, as each gown we carry is specific to that particular designer. Thank you in advance for adhering to our no pictures policy. When you are ready to purchase, we would be happy to assist you in taking as many pictures as you like or need. Until then, we have all of our designers listed on our website, with links to their specific websites, where many of the gowns may be viewed.

What size should I order?

After your gown selection has been made, we will take measurements to determine what the correct size is. Each of our designers utilize different size charts. Keep in mind that while you may wear one size with one designer, it is common that you will wear a different size with another. Once we have completed measurements we will go over the correct size chart with you and discuss what size is recommended. However, it is the bride's (or bridesmaid's) final say as to what size is ordered. Please note that bridal gowns do run small and you will likely order a gown that is larger than what you are normally used to wearing. It is also important to consider the length of the gown before ordering. Most designers have a standard length that will fit someone who is 5'9". If extra length is required it must be determined before the order is placed.

Purchasing your gown:

When making your gown selection , our order policy is the same regardless of which collection/designer you choose. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of purchase which allows us to proceed with placing the order. Once your gown(s) have been ordered, they can take anywhere from 12 weeks to six months to arrive (three to four months for bridesmaids, flower girls, and mothers. Should there be a time constraint, rushing the order may be an option. Ideally, we like to work with girls 9-12 months in advance of their wedding. This always allows for gown production, shipping, fittings, portraits, etc. with a lot less stress. So, if you are under the year mark it is never too early to make that gown decision; after all, it sets the pace for your entire event. We offer expert in-house alterations and fitting appointment Monday-Friday.  We are happy to make suggestions for companies to clean and/or press your gown after the alterations are completed.
